We are currently seeking a Client Financial Specialist to join our growing team. If you have a strong attention to detail, excellent math skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we want to hear from you!
Schedule: Monday- Friday 9:30 – 6:30 pm est.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Efficiently process a high volume of payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies and address customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Perform calculations based on client requests, ensuring all figures are correct and aligned with client needs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our payment processes and systems, driving efficiency and accuracy.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- At least 1 year of accounting experience, particularly working with payments.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
- Strong mathematics skills and the ability to perform calculations under pressure.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
