As an Account Executive, you'll be the trusted advisor for clients seeking debt relief solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with Inbound Leads: Connect with potential clients who are actively seeking our services.
- Personalized Client Support: Offer tailored guidance and support to meet individual client needs.
- Organized Workflow Management: Maintain a well-organized workflow to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Note: This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with the flexibility to work remotely up to 1 day per week initially. Top performers have the chance to earn additional work-from-home privileges, up to full remote work.

Account Executive Responsibilities:
- Working warm inbound leads who have an explicit need for our service
- Listening and understanding each client’s individual goals and challenges
- Spending several hours a day on the phone with prospective clients
- Keeping an organized schedule to maximize your workflow
- Achieving realistic personal monthly goals set by your managers
Account Executive Requirements:
- A strong work ethic with excellent time management skills
- An ability to listen and put into practice teachings and critiques from management
- The desire to grow and become a top producer for the company
- Exceptional reading and speaking skills
- Must be a problem solver with great critical thinking skills
- Sales experience and/or professional phone experience is beneficial
- A Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred
