Position Summary

The roll plays a critical role in our debt settlement firm by handling warm inbound leads and qualifying potential clients who are struggling with debt. You will conduct in-depth discovery calls to build professional rapport, uncover the reasons behind their debt buildup, identify key pain points, verify income, and understand their goals for becoming debt-free. Your primary focus is on high-quality qualification: subtly demonstrating the need for a debt relief program while gathering all necessary financial details to create a comprehensive, well-organized analysis and hand-off summary. This sets up our senior sales representatives for successful pitch calls and closes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage warm inbound leads through discovery calls to identify debt relief needs
  • Build rapport and gather key financial details to qualify opportunities
  • Prepare clear financial analyses and hand-off summaries for senior reps
  • Ensure quality hand-offs to achieve strong close rates
  • Comply with all legal and documentation standards
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by Management

Requirements

  • A strong work ethic with excellent time management skills
  • An ability to listen and put into practice teachings and critiques from management
  • The desire to grow and become a top producer for the company
  • Exceptional reading and speaking skills
  • Must be a problem solver with great critical thinking skills
  • Sales experience and/or professional phone experience is beneficial
  • A bachelor's or associate Degree preferred
